Element Materials Technology has announced it will expand into Blue Ash with a multi-million dollar investment in new offices at Landings II.
The investment is expected to create 65 new jobs with a total payroll of $5.6 million, according to a news release from the company.
“We are excited to welcome Element Materials Technology to Blue Ash,” said Blue Ash Economic Development Director Dan Johnson. “Our City Council and city administration, in concert with our local real estate community, go to great lengths to create an inviting and supportive corporate environment. With long-term vision and prudent public investments, Blue Ash will continue to support Element and its employees in every possible way.”
Governor DeWine announced on Monday that the Ohio Tax Credit Authority approved an eight-year, 1.65% Job Creation Tax Credit for the project.
Element tests, inspects, and certifies products for companies in the aerospace, medical, and automotive sectors, according to the Cincinnati Business Courier.
