A global manufacturing company headquartered in Blue Ash is proudly celebrating its 15th anniversary this year.
APTech Group, located on Williamson Road, manufactures blended solid-concrete water additive products that provide a safer and cleaner alternative in treating cooling towers, boilers and closed loop systems. Their products are commonly used in commercial, institutional and industrial systems to maintain equipment efficiency and inhibit bio-hazards, according to a company press release.
Since opening its doors in 2002, the company has grown significantly. APTech Group now has production plants in the Czech Republic and Brazil, as well as distributors in 32 countries. In 2016, there were more than 10,000 sites worldwide using APTech products, which were shipped from Blue Ash, Ohio.
In 2016, the company expanded to include an in-house equipment line. They look forward to continued growth and awareness of their more sustainable and safe products.
APTech has been nominated for the EPA’s 2017 Safer Choice Award, the EPA’s 2007 and 2010 Presidential Green Chemistry Award, has been a finalist in the Cincinnati Business Courier Green Awards, several local chamber of commerce business award competitions and ranked in the Inc. 5000 list of the fastest growing privately held companies for five consecutive years.
