In the news: Blue Ash premier office space featured by the Business Courier

Companies looking for large office space should look no further than the former Sharon Woods Innovation Center in Blue Ash.

The former P&G campus offers a unique redevelopment opportunity, according to the Cincinnati Business Courier.

Listing agent Newmark Night Frank’s Doug Altemuehle said what makes this site different is the tax incentive. The property has 100% real estate taxes abated for several decades, which can offer a $3-plus per square-foot savings per year,” the article stated.

“The property is in a prime location along Reed Hartman Highway, less than five minutes to I-275, making it easy to attract a highly skilled workforce from across northern Hamilton County,” said Blue Ash Economic Development Director Neil Hensley.

The western portion of the Center has been sold to Ensemble Health Partners, which is already planning an expansion.

Interested companies should move fast. The listing agency tells the Business Courier they are already talking to several parties about the property.
